The State of Dabar is a creation of Sean Isaac Kwamina Addo-Mensah, Esq, a lawyer and a storyteller. As an avid and passionate storyteller since his youth, Sean started writing series regularly around 2016, and after much deliberation, this website, established on the 25th of June, 2019, is the platform on which he shares the content of his imagination with the entire world for their reading pleasure!
